HIGH CAPACITY CART WASHER
A fully automated tunnel system that provides more consistent cleaning than manual or semi-automatic methods.
The machine features separate wash and rinse stations working together to achieve deep cleaning that eliminates residue and potential soils from carts. The system incorporates a high-capacity dual filtration setup with coarse drop-in screens and reusable filter elements for dependable operation and straightforward upkeep.

Operating speed range is dependent on cart conveyor speed and degree of cleaning desired by customer
Adjustable conveyor speed is factory set at 8' per minute (approx. 120 carts/hour)
Control features include an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix programmable controller with automatic and manual operating modes
