Knight Industrial has palletizers and depalletizers that are designed to load or unload stacks of dairy cases onto or off of pallets. Designed to fit your specific needs, and to handle large loads, our Palletizers and De-Palletizers will accomplish labor intensive tasks in a fraction of the time. These machines are available in on-floor ratchet or above floor chain styles and can be configured into a u-style to allow placement into a corner of a building.

CASE STACKER

ECOCASER

The EcoCaser operates with continuous motion and no retracting parts, allowing it to run nearly as fast as its infeed bottle conveyor supplies product. This all-mechanical casing machine requires minimal or no compressed air, hydraulic power, or electrical energy depending on the application, making it an efficient packaging solution for beverage producers.

GALLON CART LOADER

Knight Industrial's Gallon Cart Loader is an automated system that streamlines the loading of plastic gallon bottles onto Milk Bully carts. The equipment automatically adjusts to accommodate either 80 or 120-gallon carts, featuring a cart lift elevator and self-adjusting shelf reader that positions each shelf for loading. A rotary pusher mechanism places four bottles at a time onto a staging conveyor, which then transfers the product directly onto cart shelves via a constant-speed hydraulic cylinder.
