01 / New orders
Order and PO required
We must receive your new order and matching purchase order during the sale, by November 30 at 11:59 PM PST. Existing orders are excluded.
02 / Down payment
50% deposit on $5,000+
Required when all merchandise totals $5,000 or more before discounts, including full assemblies. The deposit is 50% of merchandise after discounts. It may arrive after the sale deadline, but is required before processing and fulfillment.
03 / Order changes
Submit changes during the sale
Quantity increases and matching revised POs must arrive during the sale to qualify. Changes may affect your discount tier and required deposit.
