1. Promotion period and order deadline

The promotion begins November 2, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST. Both the new order and its matching purchase order (PO) must be received by Knight Industrial Inc. during that period.

A qualifying order retains promotional pricing if its required down payment arrives after the promotional period, provided the order and PO were received by the deadline.

2. New orders and eligible merchandise

The promotion applies only to new orders placed during the promotional period. Existing orders and orders placed before November 2 are excluded; discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Promotional discounts apply to parts and subassemblies only. Full assemblies receive no promotional discount and do not count toward the discount-tier thresholds.

3. Discount tiers and calculation

Tier qualification uses the pre-discount subtotal of eligible parts and subassemblies on one order, excluding full assemblies, shipping, and applicable taxes. Once a tier is reached, the corresponding percentage is applied to the entire eligible merchandise subtotal on that order.

4. Down payment threshold and calculation

An order with $5,000.00 or more in total merchandise value before promotional discounts requires a 50% down payment. For this threshold, all merchandise counts, including parts, subassemblies, and full assemblies.

The down payment equals 50% of the total merchandise amount after any applicable promotional discounts. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are excluded from the threshold and the deposit calculation. A deposit is still due when the pre-discount merchandise total is $5,000 or more even if the discounted merchandise total falls below that amount.

5. Quantity increases and revised POs

Increased quantities are eligible for sale pricing only when Knight Industrial Inc. receives the quantity request and corresponding revised PO during the promotional period, no later than November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST. Quantities added afterward are not eligible for promotional pricing.

For timely increases, the qualifying discount tier and required deposit are recalculated based on the amended order. If a down payment was previously received, the customer must pay any additional amount required to bring the total deposit to 50% of the revised post-discount merchandise amount before the order can proceed.
